About You

We’re looking for a Loan Officer with inside sales experience and a proven record of achieving growth goals. You’re driven, energetic, can keep up with industry changes, and are comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-growing workplace. You’re relentlessly positive and organized, and pitch in to help your colleagues when they need it. Hopefully, you’ve had some experience – hard money lending experience isn’t required, but maybe you’ve worked for a mortgage brokerage or spent some time in the financial or real estate sectors.

About the Job

This role is about growing our loan business – you’d be responsible for soliciting and negotiating loans in compliance with company policies and state law. You’d be researching industry trends to identify prospects and reviewing potential real estate investors for eligibility and feasibility. You’d also be the face of Rain City at various trade shows and expos, as well as attending weekly county foreclosure auctions.

This job is challenging; it requires a strong multitask-er and an exceptional self-starter. Twin Rivers Capital provide top-notch customer service – even after the loan has closed – so building relationships and an extensive network is key to success in this role.
